Process Consultant - Carrier to Service(Interconnect) :

Location: Pune

JD:

- More than 5+ years of experience of telecom interconnect products, interconnect & roaming billing

- Have good understanding complex deal rate management for interconnect set up and monitoring for High revenue generating customers

- Must have worked on consulting projects for leading Telco's in optimizing Carrier Service to Settlement area

- Excellent understanding of Interconnect agreement types, billing, invoicing, settlement, reconciliation, transport & traffic routing process areas

- Possess good understanding of leading interconnect billing systems and their capabilities

- Must have excellent understanding of Telecom Billing Management - Mediation, Dunning, Collections

- Excellent understanding of Wholesale Carrier business, Voice Trading, buying and selling of International routes

- Experience in Process design skills

- Expertise in Requirement elicitation and analysis

- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills

- Excellent in Communication - Verbal and written

- Proven record of driving process improvement initiatives and related benefits

Responsibilities:

i. Requirement Elicitation and Analysis for Interconnect Billing

ii. Analyze business and system requirements to design seamless customer service operations model

iii. Process design and modeling

iv. Identify process gaps and target improvements in Interconnect & Roaming area

v. Provide inputs and participate in the cross functional development of procedural standards and process

vi. Translate business and user requirements into accurate system requirements specification documents through systems and data analysis.

vii. Has thoroughly demonstrated knowledge of the Interconnect business processes in domain area of responsibility and can work with the Business to define requirements that will drive efficiencies in the business taking into account the entire picture as well as the details

viii. Interacts regularly with Architects, Developers, Application Support, Enterprise Test, Operations, and Senior Management

ix. Has thoroughly demonstrated knowledge of the application systems in their area of responsibility and can identify, evaluate and define impacts of changes, provide alternatives both to the application changing and all upstream and downstream systems, or identify if a change is a manual process taking into account the entire picture as well as the details

x. Plan facilitate, and participate in working sessions with cross-functional resources
