Tech Mahindra is hiring Operations Head- Immediate Joiners

Operations Lead responsibilities include :

- Liaising with Business Unit Head to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.

- Own all aspects of topline & bottomline along with SBU Head

- Set and manage financial budgets for the business unit and forecast Rev and Margin on a periodic basis - Monthly, Quarterly & Annually.

- Understand the revenue levers and cost levers; Proactively drive efficiency across all levers by working closely with delivery teams.

- Facilitate the business unit team with business insights from financial aspects and enable the team to achieve budgeted Rev and Margin.

- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to the direction set by corporate teams and apply improvements

- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability

- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation

- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

- Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress

- Supervising staff from different internal business units and provide constructive feedback

- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations

Requirements :

- Proven experience as Operations Lead or equivalent position

- Should have handled Operations for a portfolio of size (minimum) $200-300 Mil.

- Must be a hands on person and should be capable of working independently as needed.

- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

- Outstanding communication and people skills

- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles

- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

- Familiarity with MS Office especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)

- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
