- Minimum 7 to 12 years of experience in Employee Engagement role.
- Must have great exposure into BPO sector.
- Ability to handle stakeholders at management level.
- Have exposure into grievance handling, performance management, counseling, employee relations, attrition analysis, etc.
- Experience of managing significant organizational change.
- Experience of developing HR Strategy in line with business needs.
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
