Job Location : Mumbai - Fort.

Mode of Work : Work from Office.

Roles open for : Freelancers / Contract / Permanent.

Over 15 + years of IT Experience working as a Business Analysist subject matter expert (SME) in life insurance domain

- Very good understanding of various life risk and annuity products offered by insurance companies

- Well conversant with various insurance processes like underwriting, re-insurance, claims, proposals and policies and processes

- Sound knowledge of accounting concepts

- Sound Knowledge of ACORD standards

- Should be able to determine problem and identify business needs

- Identify and recommend viable solutions for meeting those needs

- Elicit, document and manage stakeholders requirements in order to meet business and project objectives

- Facilitate the successful implementation of the product, service or end result of the program or project

- Should be an expert in Requirement planning, Business Analysis planning

- Identify and capture business requirement, stakeholder requirements, solution requirements, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, transition requirements, project requirements and quality requirements

- Should be expert in preparation of requirement management plan, ring fence the scope, look for new business opportunities

- Should be able to define requirement traceability approach

- Should be able to define requirement Verification and validation process

- Should be able to define requirement change process

- Should be able to Estimate the functional efforts in collaboration with solution architect

- Should be able to build prototype by wireframes, mock-ups of interface screens or reports, storyboards

- Should be able to build scope models, process models, rule models, data models and interface models

- Conversant with modelling language like business process modelling notations (BPMN), Unified modelling language (UML), Rule models, (Decision tree, rule catalogues )and Data Models ERD, DFD, Data Dictionary, state tables and state diagrams, Interface models

- Should able to write user stories

- Should be able to present requirements, solution and obtain sign off of the solution.
