Tech Mahindra - Executive - Financial Planning & Analysis

Position : Executive - Financial Planning and Analysis.

Education Qualification : Bachelor of Commerce or M.Com/ MBA Finance.

Experience : 2-5 Years in Financial Planning and Analysis.

Location : Spectrum Towers - Mumbai.

Job Description :

- Complete preparation of Financials (P&L and B/S).

- Assisting in Revenue & Cost Analysis for all business units of all locations.

- Keep records available for cost allocation for Mumbai, Pune & Waterford.

- Assisting in proper Review done with Internal Finance Team, Finance Head and with Commercial Team.

- Ensuring proper Invoice Submission to all customers on the stipulated timeline.

- Monitor budgetary controls & maintain the record for loading additional budget.

- Preparation of various expense schedules/Files for Mumbai Pune & Waterford location like CPH, HGS, Professional Fees, Expense Analysis, Wage Bill Analysis etc.

- Assisting in SMT Reporting for Fixed price contracts and Targets vs Actuals.

- Proper Capex Documentation.

- Uploading of Financials in BI Tool on pre-defined time.

- Prepare Cost to enter wise P&L for all customers.

- Automation & Ad Hoc Analysis.
