Job Description/Role
Assessment
- Work with the sales team to build customized solutions for new client engagements. This will entail creating compelling value proposition for the clients, developing migration and implementation solution, providing inputs to effectively price service provision.
- Build offerings for electricity, gas, water, renewable segments for Energy and Utilities
- Will create solutions based on the client / industry specific problem or challenges
- Conduct extensive industry research gather domain expertise for effective solution
- Extensive interaction with business users, senior management and IT personnel of TechM
- Understanding and analyzing the existing processes to determine Futuristic solutions / process improvement and Automation initiatives. Also consult clients in consulting engagements
- Ensure timely drafting and delivery of solutions by the Assistant Manager
Competency
a. Excellent Analytical skills
b. Utilities Domain Expertise in electricity, gas, water
c. Offering development and Solutioning/consulting experience
d. Project Management / Marketing
e. Proficient in MS Office Applications usage
f. Excellent oral and written English Communication
g. Operations experience will be a plus
h. Understanding of Financial basics
i. Understanding of Utility Technologies
j. Leadership skills (incl. change mgmt. / influencing skills)
