Responsibilities - Able to evaluate the business requirements and translate them into a meaningful architecture artefacts that serve as a guiding document for both IT and business for implementation - Understands digital market places & principles of designing digital products & services - Good understanding of digital marketing value chain - Can design digital channel strategy - product/service mix, initiatives, marketing plan - Create business reference model / architecture - Analyzes and recommends digital & enterprise architecture principles, policies to be used in development of the Solution architecture - Capable of overseeing and documenting business model, business requirements, data points etc - Capable of building business capability map, business governance plan, capability maturity map etc. - Can define the KRAs for various digital capabilities & initiatives - Internal Focus: Leading the process to identify and evaluate internal digital assets, capabilities and strengths to position right solutions with right stakeholders within prospective customers. Providing a single point of coordination and oversight for all digital initiatives and transformation projects for a particular industry vertical Working with internal entrepreneurs (e.g. Innovation team) and senior management (IBG, CDG) to identify disruptive opportunities in digital space External Focus: - Assessing external digital opportunities, competition and threats as key inputs to align/shape-up digital offerings - Leading consulting engagements for customers to drive digital transformation Initiatives - Managing large digital transformations programs for customers on an ongoing basis - Interacting with CXOs - mainly, outside CIO's office to help them envision their future through Digital possibilities and thus to identify opportunities for Digital interventions. - Working with alliance partners in joint GTM strategy/planning and in delivering customer projects Experience/Knowledge Required Domain Focus (Required to have good understanding of at least one industry domain) Experience and good understanding of value chains and macro-dynamics of any of these industry verticals: - Banking & Financial Services - Retail & CPG - Healthcare & Pharma - Travel & Logistics - Utilities Emerging Technology Focus (Desired skills) General Awareness of capabilities, applicability, limitations and risks of emerging technologies: - Mass Personalization - SOCIO - Block chain - Personalized marketing - Service personalization - Personalized Customer engagement Business Technology Focus (Desired skill - good to have understanding of at least one business system) General awareness of various business as well as operational solutions and workflow solution capability & functionality Business Process Focus (Required skill) Understanding of key business processes across the value chain of a particular industry vertical: - Customer Acquisition & Onboarding - Contract Mgmt. - Transaction Processing - Service request fulfillment Framework - TOGAF, Zachman
