Insurance renewals, Servicing & Wellness : - Liasoning with Insurance Company on claims processing. - Insurance renewals for Mediclaim & Life Insurance policies - Timely addition & Deletion - Policy Awareness programs - Designing Wellness calendar & ensuring smooth implementation - Escalation Management 2. Onboarding : - Issuance of Appt. letters - Induction 3. Process Improvement : - Periodic review and audit of internal processes and suggesting correction/improvements in the same KEY CUSTOMERS: All employees of the organization WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITHIN BUSINESS UNITS: Internal : - Line HR - Support Groups - Finance External : - Insurance Partners EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: - Graduate in any discipline /PG in HR with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience CORE COMPETENCIES: - Excellent communication skills, Result Orientation, Domain Knowledge, Customer Focus.
