Tech Mahindra - Agile Scrum Master

Tech Mahindra is hiring for Agile Scrum Master for Trivandrum location

Approx. 8 years- experience in IT Industry with 3 years of Agile project management work or Scrum Master experience.

- Experience in Agile projects implementation

- Understands end to end software delivery process.

- Must have very good understanding of multiple SDLC tools and Reporting tools

- Good Technical understanding with an ability to influence & coordinate with multiple sets of stakeholders

- Experienced in implementing Scrum in distributed development environment

- Experienced in process definition, management and improvement

- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, managing, and monitoring the project execution

- Must have solid understanding of the limitations of Agile/Scrum, and how to mitigate them with Servant Leadership skills

- Experience in guiding diverse cross-functional teams to high performance

- Highly motivated, Self driven, energetic, flexible and resourceful individual.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
