Adobe Campaign Developer  Job Summary :   - Manages end-to-end marketing campaigns including planning, targeting, integration, set-up, testing and execution through Adobe Campaign tool  - Manages a portfolio of batched and triggered campaigns for the customer   - Responsible for overall delivery, SLA compliance, resource loading and coverage   - Responsible for day-to-day and periodic planning   - Responsible for customer satisfaction   - Analyzes and identifies actionable items to improve campaign effectiveness   - Stays current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email campaigns   - Owns overall governance of the project   Knowledge :  - Comprehensive understanding of the Adobe Campaign management life cycle across various delivery channels including integration with other systems  - Working knowledge of customer data processes and solutions (customer hierarchy, address standardization and optimization, data enrichment)  - Hands on experience with Integrated Marketing Management tool sets   - Experience in optimizing business and technical processes   - Ability to translate business objectives into a comprehensive action plan   - Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.   - Experience with onsite and remote technical resources   - Ability to strategize email marketing campaign   - Knowledge of best practices for email creative and templates  - Understanding of segmentation, dynamic content delivery and testing methodologies   - Familiarity with planning, implementing and analyzing online marketing initiatives across multiple online channels   - Experience designing and executing online customer experiences and / or implementing online marketing programs   Skill :   - Adobe Campaign marketing experience, including strategy, implementation, analytics and reporting   - Strong project management skills: experience coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering results and meeting tight deadlines   - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills   Qualification Criteria :   - Overall 3 to 5 years of experience   - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing campaign management   - Hands on experience with Adobe Campaign
