Main Role (Overall Accountability ) Monitoring and controlling the following activities of the team in Mid Office

- All GTS Projects

- Process re-engineering Projects

- Projects - Lead all Conventional and Islamic Banking projects, Pre plus post live issues and new enhancements in Omni flow.

Principal accountabilities:

- New ideas for Improvement / simplify process / cost saving / reducing duplication / increase profitability

Personal Specification:-

- Professionally qualified in Banking/ Accounting/ Business.

- Bachelor/MBA Degree.

- Experience of 10 - 12 years with at least 2 years in a corporate branch operations role.

- Service & Sales Orientation.

- Good knowledge of Trade Finance, corporate products and services, operational policies and procedures.

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Good Interpersonal relations with pleasing personality.

- Knowledge of banking systems and PC Operations.
