Position Summary:

Position : Tech Lead - Project Management

Job Location : Gurgaon

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Define the project strategy, create project timelines with inputs from all stakeholders and monitor and control the progress of the project.

Ensure all project deliverables are executed per the requirements of the design control procedure and adhere to the agreed upon timelines.

Ensure established project management practices allow for effective, efficient and compliant development by monitoring best industry practices and integrating them into the organization

Manage stakeholders expectations and communicate with various functions and other project teams for the successful completion of the project

Define, create and disseminate reports that allow evaluation the corresponding project status and progress for project staff and management.

Skills and Knowledge:

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field (such as computer engineering, software engineering, biomedical engineering) from premier institutes with at least 12 years of industry experience in professional software development. PMP Certification is preferred. Combination of education and experience is acceptable.

Required Basic Technical Competencies: Project planning, execution, monitoring and control of Software Projects ; Expert in Agile Methodology; Understanding of Software design, development and verification methodologies; knowledge of software developments tools, such as compilers, interpreters, programming editors, debuggers, source code control, defect management.

Preferred Technical Competencies: exposure to project management of medical device development; understanding of medical device quality standards;

Experience in medical devices, and/or surgical navigation is an asset.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
