Tech Lead & Architect - Product/Internet

Position: Team Lead

- Developers deploying solutions across a full web Stack is a must

- Work across the full web stack for large scale, high-volume products or web applications, prototypes and 3rd party integrations

- Build reliable, scalable and high performing enterprise systems on Java, Spring and MVC platform.

- Configure, customize and upgrade existing Web/Open Source Frameworks

- Own end-to-end availability and performance of PayU Paisa services

- Configure, customize and upgrade existing Web/Open Source Frameworks

- Release code in a fast-paced release cycle

- Own end-to-end availability and performance of PayU Money services

- Needed attributes: Independent, self-starting, go-getting, problem-solving rather than problem-reporting

- Ability to design & implement the architecture for high volume transactional systems.

- Should be results oriented, proactive and showing overall leadership quality

- Good Object Oriented design skills.

- Ideal candidate should have security on top of his mind, not an afterthought.

- Expertise in Java, and MVC frameworks ( Good To Have : Backbone /AngularJS / Knockout / Ember or any other Javascript MVC frameworks).

- Experience with Git or another versioning system a plus

- Contributions to any open source projects, Github is an added advantage
