NOTE: Please apply if you have relevant experience in Payroll Processing/management/operations & located in Mumbai.
- Payroll & Offboarding processing for India, ensuring accurate and timely payroll
- Co-ordinate with various stakeholders for payroll & offboarding inputs/documents
- Compile and reconcile payroll inputs and process payroll
- Generate payroll reports and reconcile against PeopleSoft and inputs received from all stakeholders
- Complete all payroll related activities for final manager review
- Co-ordinate with accounting and finance team to arrange payroll funds
- Complete employer obligations around tax filing and other regulatory reporting.
- Ensure to share payroll reports to respective stakeholders (Finance, HR etc.)
- Follow agreed SOP in day to day operations and look for ways of improving processes
- Actively participate in Tax Year-end activities to meet regulatory timelines
- Escalate issues in a timely and effective manner
- Active involvement in External and Internal Audits
- Adapt at handling large volumes of data and work in a deadline driven environment
- Uses initiative and innovates

Education & Experience:
Graduate / Post graduate, preferably in Commerce
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. 3-5 years of experience in India Payroll & Offboarding process
2. MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
3. Effective Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
4. Working knowledge of SAP and PeopleSoft (HRMIS)
5. Strong calculation/analytical skills
6. Excellent organization & time management skills. Should exercise good judgment in prioritizing deliverables
Preferred Skills & Experience:
1. India Payroll & Offboarding experience
2. Knowledge of SAP / PeopleSoft HRMS and Finance systems
3. Vendor management experience
