Team Manager-Transaction processing Unit-MNC Bank
One of our clients is looking for hiring Team Manager to for Transaction processing unit.
Qualifications/Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 6-7 years’ experience in either Banking operations role or have an experience of banking transactions processing as part of BPO. Require MBA with experience of handling a team of around 40 people in prior organization.
- Excellent Written & spoken English skills. A candidate should be self-starter and ability to run the BAU process, should have an understanding of policies which can be transformed into operational process. Domestic consumer Banking operation knowledge is must & knowledge of non resident Indians banking processes will be considered as an additional advantage.
Job profile:
- Handle back office processing tasks including Account opening, maintenances, salary processing (manage all kind of Banking transaction activities) e.t.c. Delivering excellent customer service without compromising business needs. Think out of the box to deal with in-life process issues to meet customer SLA.
- Perform regular Quality checks for the Team. Interface with business team, drive projects, COB activities & should be able to offshore migration handling activity. Keep the management regularly updated of any developments related to process or team performance. Evaluate team performance e.g. performance appraisals, ongoing feedback and training. Work with management to plan, provide support, guidance with Disciplinary & Grievances, completing documentation e.t.c.
