We are looking to hire a Team Member for the Young Talent Management Team of Group HR at Aditya Birla Group.

Young Talent Management or YTM team is responsible for the campus hiring initiatives across domains for the Aditya Birla Group.

KRAs:

- Group Internship Program Management

- LEAD, LEAP, HRLP

- (Top Indian and Select International Campuses) Hiring

- Finalizing the Recruitment Process to be used for hiring

- Ensuring Quality of the Assessment Panel:

- Planning and Managing the Training for the Recruitment Panel based on the process.

- Evaluation of the Panels performance during hiring

- Engaging with the Campuses to get a good slot for ABG during the recruitment process

- Managing the Hiring Process end-to-end on Campus and ensuring process compliance for both Indian and International campuses

- Ensuring high quality hires who would fit well in to the Groups culture

- Internship Management

- Designing and Implementing the PPO / PPI Process This process will involve a DAC and panel interviews to evaluate the interns performance and give them PPO / PPIs

Campus Hiring:

- LEAD , LEAP, HRLP / Hiring FLPs (Planning and Managing the entire hiring lifecycle, from finalizing the hiring process to hiring candidates)

- Finalizing the Recruitment Process to be used for hiring

Ensuring Quality of the Assessment Panel:

- Planning and Managing the Training for the Recruitment Panel based on the process.

- Evaluation of the Panels performance during hiring

- Engaging with the Campuses to get a good slot for ABG during the recruitment process

- Managing the Hiring Process end-to-end on Campus and ensuring process compliance for both Indian and International campuses

- Ensuring high quality hires who would fit well in to the Groups culture

- Ensuring 100% offer acceptance to offer made ratio

- Ensure hiring from International B Schools for the LEAD program and manage end to end process

Sourcing Market Hiring:

LEAD, LEAP, FLP and HRLP (Hiring candidates from the Industry Functional from market

- Working with Businesses to identify the profile of candidates to target

- Branding and creating interest for the program

- Identifying Cost effective means of branding the program to the Target audience.

- Using a combination of targeted communication and generic communication through e-media, social networking, newspapers, etc.

- Managing the hiring process end to end

- Evaluating requirements for new Functional Programs as per Organizational need E.g. Digital / AI / Analytics

- Conceptualization and finalization of the program structure

- Finalizing the Recruitment Process to be used for hiring

Ensuring Quality of the Assessment Panel:

- Planning and Managing the Training for the Recruitment Panel based on the process.

- Evaluation of the Panels performance during hiring

- Engaging with the Campuses to get a good slot for ABG during the recruitment process for HR and procuring the rankers list for CAs

- Managing the Hiring Process end-to-end on Campus and ensuring process compliance for both Indian and International campuses

- Ensuring high quality hires who would fit well in to the Groups culture

- Ensuring 100% offer acceptance to offer made ratio

Campus Engagement: (LEAP & LEAD 6 campuses, HRLP 6 Campuses, FLP 1 and Select International B Schools (100+ virtual and 10 face to face mode)

- Design and implement a structured calendar of specific initiatives on each of the campus to touch each and every student

- Defining newer Types of engagement like online gaming, alumni engagement, case studies.etc

- Single point of contact for all the initiatives on campus

- Design and implement a Media strategy including print and social media to create presence virtually

- Managing the ABG Leadership Series An initiative which involves taking 6 Business Heads to campus every year.

- Interact with Campuses to ensure ABG Managers go to each campus as for a guest lecture

- Engage with Faculty to write case studies on the Group

- Brand Champions- Using the Alumni database to build the ABG brand on campus

- Preparing and Presenting the PPT (in Flash) on Campus

- Branding ABG on our target international campuses to create awareness

- ABGLP Rewards & Recognition

- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all annual and mid-year compensation review related processes

i. Design merit increase grids

ii. Preparation of budget proposals

iii. Benchmarking and market correction recommendations

iv. Preparation of Individual compensation and Promotion recommendations

v. Data validations

vi. Preparation and finalization of Increment letters

- Preparation of compensation & benefits proposal for all mobility cases as per Group Mobility policy.

- Design employee communication series on Compensation Review and other rewards processes

- Ensure sanctity of individual and overall compensation related data offline and on Poornata.

- Create and design policies for the ABGLP bearing in mind the Gen Y context

Recognition:

- Design various initiatives to strengthen recognition of employees for achievements

- Track effectiveness of the initiatives

- Ensure sustainability and effectiveness of these initiatives
