Team Member/Team Leader - Wholesale Finance - NBFC

We are urgently looking for Wholesale Finance Professionals with a Leading Financial Institute based in Mumbai.

Candidate should have experience in corporate finance / wholesale finance.

KRA :

- Acquiring new corporate clients and maintaining relationship with the existing clients for new business and preparing Credit Approval Memorandum for new deals and renewals.

- Coordinating with inter-department like Credit for Approvals, Treasury for arranging funds, Operations for smooth flow of disbursements, Legal for various activities etc. and monitoring share margin tracking sheet and ensuring margin calls are met on time by continuous follow up with the client and taking proper approvals in case of delays in restoring the shortfall.

- Coordination and interaction with Brokers for confirming the funding amount, Credit for authorizing the approval, Treasury for availing the borrowing rates and amount required for funding the IPO and Operations for ensuring smooth flow of disbursement on the last day of the issue and maintaining exposure norms.

- Coordination and interaction with Bankers and DP for opening bank and demat account and with the refund bankers for various other activities like when the cheques will be bank, expected date of refund etc
