Team Member - Project Finance Group - Power/Energy/Renewable/Road Sector

PFG Job Description:

- To support the Team Leaders in end to end evaluation of project finance proposals right from due diligence of projects, taking approvals for sanction, disbursement, account management and ensuring timely repayment of loans.

- Evaluate and calculate project /dividend IRR, DSCRs, Sensitivity analysis etc.

- Prepare, Monitor and ensure cash flows, fund flows, Profitability Statements, IRRs, Payback periods, projected profitability and other financial parameters are in line with planned assumptions.

- With the support of internal and external counsel, ensure for all deals that appropriate legal documentation is successfully concluded in line with approvals and is achieved in a timely fashion.

- Research into past transactions to identify pricing, debt levels, trends and best practice.

- Conduct financial analysis of similar companies and / or Projects for benchmarking Ratios and performance tracking.
