Job Description - An opportunity to work for a new age digital platform based lending

Client Details
A well-established brand and top 3 player in the lending space, today their product suite comprises of a well-diversified book, with equal weight-age and focus given to all lines of business. Having seen a Y.O.Y cumulative growth of 50% in both top-line and bottom line, sustainable profitability continues to be the key management agenda. The Digital business is a new age business which continues to be the focus of the management with an expectation to add to the bottomline of the business.
Description
- Responsible for competitive benchmarking (vs. Banks/NBFC/Fintech)
- Devising product construct for digital unsecured lending
- Working with credit to design underwriting policy & framing matrices for underwriting application through Digital Platforms
- Enabling technological implementation of loan origination and management systems including defining scope and overseeing UATand deployment
- Identifying, sizing and implementing relevant partnerships for loan sourcing
- Partnering with Alliances team to drive the value proposition for various allinaces extended
- Deliver on business plan & P&L
- Review product profitability and key drivers of revenue, expense and credit losses. Identify risks and opportunities, relevant resulting actions and work with relevant departments to drive implementation
- Work closely with the partner product and marketing teams to ensure delivery of (both financial and non-financial) program goals
- Own the customer journey from initial engagement through to product / account cessation for the digital platform
- Manage fee and rate pricing strategies and tactical pricing changes
- Work with risk and credit ops to ensure that acceptance and collections strategies and processes are working to maximise EBIT
EBIT- Create and manage Product Line Strategy through research and market benchmarking, develop positioning, define target segment and maintain distinct product value proposition
- Customer needs gap analysis within current product suite - to address with development of distinct value proposition or product revamp
Profile
- Should have 5-7 Yrs of experience in driving the products for unsecured lending/consumer durables
- Should have worked on the digitization of the products
- Exposure to various technologies to facilitate conversion from manual to digital platforms
- A qualified MBA/CA with experience in NBFC/Bank/Fintech
- Understanding product P&L and business levers
- Experience in launching a digital product/platform would be preferred
