Position- Team Member (Market Intelligence/ market analyst)

Industry- Construction

Job location- Mumbai (Kalina, Santacruz (E))

Qualification- Post Graduate in Finance or economics

Experience- 3-5 years

Salary offer- up to 15 lpa

Role and Responsibility -

- Role require strong knowledge of real estate market w.r.t developers, micro-markets, projects and saleability across 6 major cities in residential as well as commercial segment.

- Prepare report on new proposals taken by business team and present the view on Sales price, saleability, micro-market, regulatory issues, product quality.

- To present the same to Management committee members and Credit/Approval committee.

- Prepare periodic city update reports giving key trends and development in specific markets along with key trends observed.

- Identify opportunities (new developers, micro-markets and projects) which fall within risk appetite of the organization. Present the same to business team on continuous basis.Regularly visit key cities to gather on ground market knowledge.

- Identify specific trends in different micro-markets and products.

- Design & Maintain database of the developers & micro-market and provide inputs on findings during credit appraisal process & EWS (early warning signals).

- Research on existing database to analyse key trends which can be used for analytics and underwriting for future deals.

- Analysis of data from RERA and other research portals for insights required for prudent calls.

- Co-ordinate with various departments (credit, risk & Business) for white listing of builders & micro-markets.

- Cultivate and maintain regular contact with various external players and knowledge providers to tap information. International Property Consultants, Architects/ Liasion officers, Private Equity Funds, Developers, Deal Makers, Investment Banks, Law firms, Brokers,Arrange knowledge sessions with external experts for the business and risk teams.

- Track news and information related to the Developers, Micro markets, Competitors etc in the Real Estate Sector.
