Job Title/ Designation : Team Member - Legal
Job Purpose: Creating & implementing development plans for team members
Experience Required : Total experience of 6 to 9 years in any bank/law firm/FI
Qualification:
- LLB
- Post Graduate in any financial law subject would be preferable
Job Description:
- Should be well versed with the sector knowledge, laws, regulations, guidelines, PPAs and Concession Agreements and latest amendments & challenges
- Must have adequate knowledge on IDF funding and its nuances, Tripartite Agreement etc.
- Good knowledge of Laws relating to Banking and NBFCs, Corporate Laws, General and Commercial Laws.
- Provides alternate solutions to problems
- Builds strong connect with business and key stake holders
- Questions status quo and looks for improvements
- Creates and implements development plans for team members
- Evaluates and takes calculated risks to achieve desired goals
- Forsees problems and defines and system to prevent recurrence of the problems
- Sets stretched & ambitious targets for the team
- Should be a significant contributor in creating the strategies for the organization striking a balance between interest of stakeholders and market requirements
- Crisis Management
- Is able to contribute beyond the regular day to day activities
