Context: To support General Insurance, Health Insurance & also on Global Insurance Program

Location: Hyderabad

Principal Accountabilities:

General Insurance

1. Consolidation of data for Various Insurance Policies

2. Providing necessary data to Ins. Co.

3. Discussing / Negotiating with the Broker / Ins. Co. for Pricing

4. Placement of Policies

5. Visit to divisions for educating on Insurance

6. Standardization of processes

7. Claims management

Health Insurance

1. Providing necessary data to Ins. Co.

2. Monitoring of the data for coverage of Employee

3. Discussing / Negotiating with the Broker / Ins. Co. for Pricing

4. Placement of Policies

5. Interacting with Ins. Co./ TPA/ Employee

6. Claims management

Global Insurance

1. Placement of Broker

2. Interacting with Overseas Subsidiaries

3. Placement of Global Insurance Program

4. Monitoring on claims & other related issues

Key Performance areas

Finance: To control Premium cost

Get the best coverage which suits our business

Claims Settlement - Turnaround time (TAT)

Customer: Co-ordination & Interaction with divisions, overseas subsidiaries, regions

Visit to divisions and overseas subsidiaries to understand the business needs

Process: Standardization of various Processes

Study Insurance Policies to look at the gaps

To look at new polices as per business need

People: Enhancing of knowledge on Global Insurance

Build up the interpersonal skill & analytical skills
