Responsibilities :
- Render support in organization/position management in SF and ensure adherence to approved structures as per DoA protocols
- Extract various employee data reports for review and share insights to Business HR for data correctness/completeness
- Work closely with BHRs across sites to ensure critical employee file elements are recorded up to mandatory requisites
- Manage the SuccessFactors position org chart for position creation, position edits, org restructurings within proper established controls
- Ensure audit observations are communicated with Business HRs and followed up for closure
- Prepare change log reports for review of controls in various employee activities
- Implement bulk changes in SF through meta data framework upload in SuccessFactors against approved data sets received
