The role holder is responsible for liaising with ELC team and sourcing mandates for Digital Payments products across all geographies. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the management of all the stages of the sourcing life cycle across deals for the said geography. The incumbent's primary responsibility will be (i) Solution designing based on various customer requirements and (ii) work closely with Relationship team to ensure penetration of Digital Payment products into their accounts
Strategic/Managerial Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Work directly with Relationship Teams across specific geography
- Ensure that the team is well trained and up to speed on the current developments in the market and on Digital Payments products
Competition Mapping:
- Be up to date on the competitive products and companies
Core Responsibilities:
Sustained Revenue Generation:
- Build a robust pipeline of cases by working closely with Relationship Managers
- Ensure time bound process is followed for sourcing the deal through a Project Tracker
Product Sales Specialization:
- Have up to date knowledge on all DB products
- Have knowledge of product fitment vs customer requirements
Client Relationship Management:
- Empower the Relationship teams for effective Client Relationship Management by the way of timely delivery, manage escalations and get issues sorted out within defined TAT
