Team Member - Compliance & Audit/Company Law - Manufacturing - CS

- Dealing with the external audit firms for undertaking finance and secretarial Audit on quarterly / annual basis, and ensure closing of all observations within timelines

- Dealing with auditors on special audits like ESPS Scheme Audit,Annual Performance Report for RBI, Corporate Governance Report, Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit etc.

- Reviewing the documents and other process for grant of loan to third party and ensuring the safeguard of interest of the Company

- Responsible for providing comments on the discussion papers, consultation papers etc. which are be issued by different ministries from time to time

- Supporting the treasury department for ensuring compliance related to Commercial Paper and Fixed Deposits; resolve their queries, if any; implementation of changes etc.
