Position Objective - Managing end to end post sanction processes of loans & advances portfolio

Reporting Relationship - Associate Vice President

Territory - All business locations of KMIL

Main Responsibilities

- Loans & Advances portfolio of KMIL consists of Corporate Real Estate book (CRE), Corporate Structured Product book (CSP) and Loan against Securities book (LAS).

- Indicative key responsibilities would include :

- Preparation of sanction letters, documentation, disbursements, repayments, overdue tracking, loan closures, NOC issuances, Escrow transfer management, deferral tracking and closure, TDS tracking, attending day to day servicing requirements of client, maintain various kinds of MIS, etc.

- Interacting with Treasury for fund requirements

- Submitting various data/reports required by internal teams and regulators

- The objectives of the above activities are:

- Supporting business to execute transaction in efficient manner and in acceptable TAT

- Acting as a secondary control function to ensure compliance with the sanction terms & conditions

- Building & maintaining cordial relationship with functional staff of clients as well as in house teams

- Maintaining various kinds of required MIS

Additional Responsibilities

- Providing data to internal / external auditors

- Daily service related activities like providing loan a/c. statements, interest calculation, credit opinion reports, debit notes, etc.

- Ongoing customer interaction for improvement in servicing & feedback

Job Requirement:

Years of experience

Resource 1: 3-4 yrs experience

Resource 2: 1/2/3 yrs

Qualification CA / MBA Finance from reputed institutes / B.Com / M.Com

Functional skill set

- Knowledge of finance and accounting

- Eye for details and analytical approach

- Service / solution orientated and approachable

- Computer Savvy -Word, Excel, Access & Power point is required to develop/manage databases

- Knowledge of Technology will be an added advantage
