Key Responsibility Areas

- KYC KRA & CKYC related issues.

- ULIP Settlement of Claims, Payment of Premium to LIC of India & Oriental Insurance Co Ltd on Renewal of policy on every year September/ October and June respectively.

- Coordination with Compliance, providing mandatory MIS to Compliance on obtaining the same from RTA.

- Internal Audit /Income Tax.

- Providing requisite inputs to Department of Legal related to CDRF & other legal cases.

- Submission of SFT to Income Tax Authorities.

- AAA ensuring timely dispatch of Annual Abridged Report in physical / electronic mode.

- FATCA & CRS submission to Income Tax Authorities.

- Matters related to Risk Management & Operating Risk.

- STR analysis & STR & NTR submission to FIU IND.

- PMLA matters (renewal of AML Policy and sanction thereof).

- Fraud Prevention.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification

- Minimum Qualification - Masters / Post Graduation

- Should have qualified NISM Series V- A

a. Overall Work Experience Minimum 5 Years

b. Detailed understanding & Knowledge of Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market, UTI Products and its growth & profitability drivers.

c. Knowledge of operation policies & procedures/service standards and competitive environment.

d. Knowledge of legislation and regulations, company policies & HR policies of UTI.
