Team Member - Analytics - BFS - IIM/FMS/MDI/ISI

Job Requirement & pre requisites:

- MBA from a premier institute or graduate from Indian Statistical Institute.

- Minimum work experience of 4 years, preferably exposed to financial companies.

- Strong analytical capabilities to identify patterns, draw insights and recommend solutions to complex problems.

- Comfortable working with large amount of data and have data driven approach.

- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with different teams to fulfill organizational objectives.

- Understanding of new age languages python, JAVA, SQL etc will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

- Develop a thorough understanding of business, understand challenges and proactive recommend analysis that can deliver results for the company.

- Bring in an independent perspective based on domain knowledge and past experience.

- Regularly engage with business teams as well as the backend teams and partner with them as an analytics advisor providing solutions to the problems.

- Facilitate and lead people and ensure developmental growth for team members.

- Identification of key critical issues affecting the company and use domain expertise to solve the issues in the best possible time.
