- Assist in defining/implementing the accounting policies (IAS GAAP, French GAAP and Local GAAP) of the bank and ensuring overall integrity of financial data. - Assist in monitoring the books of account, to ensure that the books of account reflect, on a timely basis, a consistent and accurate view of the transactions conducted by the bank - Assist in reporting to Head Office and Reserve Bank of India - Assist in ensuring capital adequacy ratio is maintained at all times as per extant regulations. - Statutory/Head Office/Regulatory authority audits, certifications and reporting - Monitoring local and overseas bank reconciliations and suspense accounts - Ensuring all procedures and policies are updated on a regular basis - Undertaking specific projects as delegated by Head of Accounting & Regulatory
