Team Manager - VRM Outbound - BPO (6-10 yrs)
Specification for Team Leader - VRM :
- Candidates currently a Team Leader for VRM Channel in their existing organization preferred
- Banking ( Private and MNC )
- Max Age-Below 38 years
- Maximum budget for the role - Rs.25Lakh and Grade - AVP
Required Candidate profile :
- Monitoring and managing KPIs such as Service level, Occupancy, Shrinkage, AHT for productivity of team members.
- Manage assigned division's productivity to department/area SLA
- Manage a team of VRMs by driving business agendas and support activities required to facilitate business
- Lead from the front by taking calls and imparting on the job exposure / training to VRMs in handling - important clients and concluding the transaction online
- Monitor the Call records and listen to live calls via. call barging facility on regular basis & provide feedbacks to improve call quality
- Co-ordinate and engage with Business and Support teams for timely resolution of queries / escalations
- Responsible for overall Target vs Achievement of the team as structured in the teams KRA along with Net Revenue generated by the team
- Strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements would be expected
- Conducting regular trainings of team members to ensure product mindshare
