Team Manager- Virtual Assistant (5+Years Exp)

- Looking for Team Manager in Virtual Assistant Domain who will be responsible for Handling Virtual Assistant ,Effectiveness, Strategic talent Management and Leadership and Team Performance.

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing tasks assigned to team members by the clients

- Address client grievances via email and phone

- Keeping track of tasks in the bucket to ensure highest productivity in the team

- Assigning tasks to process-based teams (intensive/extensive/market research, data entry etc.) based on the availability of resources.

- Setting up targets to the team and help them to achieve it

Requirements:

- 5+ years of core experience in BHR support for IT/ITeS Companies.

- Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues.

- Experience in effectively coaching employees and management through complex and difficult issues.

- Good written, conversational and presentation capabilities

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues.
