Team Manager - Recruitment

We are looking for an Account Manager responsible for managing and overseeing recruitment and managing client relationships.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

- Administering appropriate company assessments.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Capable of leading a recruiting team well.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for handling 6-8 dedicated recruiters directly under you.

- Work to yield a profit for the branch assigned.

- Provide recommendations.

- Maintain a healthy relationship with the clients.

- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
