Team Manager - Process Excellence & Transformation - Insurance

We Are Hiring for Team Manager - Process Excellence and Transformation - (Insurance) Role for our client in Pune.

Responsibilities:

1. Role would require the incumbent to be the point of contact for the client(s) managing the end to end project/ program assigned offshore or onshore

2. He or she would be responsible to deliver on the project/ program goals while closely working with the clients.

3. He or she may be required to manage a team of quality experts (subject to nature of engagements)

4. The role holder also needs to handle large unstructured projects spanning across business areas and handle changing client needs by Liasioning with key sponsors.

5. He/she needs to work closely with senior leadership in identifying key strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives and is able to identify and drive continuous process improvement

6. The role may require short to medium term travel to client location on need basis

Technical skills

- Strong project management skills- ability to handle multiple projects having unstructured scoping

- Ability to deliver training on Quality methodology is desirable (Six Sigma and Lean)

- Ability to build a process improvement culture, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in achieving the desired outcome

- Excellent analytical skills: Review and provide direction on projects/ programs (Data driven approach)

- Strong project management skills- ability to handle multiple projects having unstructured scoping

- Exposure to BFS/Insurance segment will be preferred 8 to 10 Years of Minimum Experience

Snapshot of the requirement

We need a Digital transformation candidate who should have experience in either process excellence, RPA or should be a good project manager

Mandatory Skill:

1. Preferred industry is Insurance or services (must have worked for insurance clients)

2. Should hold green belt at least in Six Sigma.

IC role but should have strong communication skills, the role is has multi geography exposure - India and Europe
