Job Description:
As a Team Lead - Outbound Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive outbound retail sales initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in developing strategies, fostering a culture of sales excellence, and achieving targets to enhance the bank's retail business portfolio.
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outbound retail sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive outbound retail sales strategies aligned with the bank's business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Drive the acquisition of new retail customers through proactive outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor sales activities, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular reports to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement effective sales techniques, best practices, and training programs to enhance the sales capabilities of team members.
QUALIFICATION: GRADUATE.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 YEARS PLUS.
FACE 2 FACE INTERVIEWS AT THE BANK VENUE.
