- Manage overall performance of the Invoice Processing process by providing strategic and operational leadership, ensuring effective service delivery, maximum stakeholder satisfaction and team management. - Negotiate, develop and deliver SLAs and ensure that operational processes and procedures are followed. - Measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Invoice Processing on a timely and accurate basis. - Develop and maintain relationships with Divisional Finance Heads, key Managers and with vendors - Represent Invoice processing processes in company and governance meetings - Manage escalated issues and provide final approval within team - Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all items processed in the system - Sponsor, initiate and ensure execution of continuous improvement and/or re-engineering projects to assure progressive service levels and lower costs. - Ensure timely identification and reporting of risks - Coordinate with Business, Helpdesk, & other key stakeholders to resolve issues - Ensure effective people management and development, including: staffing & selection, integration of new staff to teams, facilitating technical/ functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback and managing people issues - Monitor team performance and ensure that SLAs and KPIs are achieved in the area of operations - Carry out periodical performance reviews of team members and address non-performance issues - Ensure adherence to all statutory and legal requirements and keep updated with latest developments. Desired Candidate Profile : - M.Com / MBA -Finance (Must) - Quality certifications such as Lean, six sigma black belt would be an added advantage - Minimum of 12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts function with minimum 5 years in leading an invoice processing team - SAP financial application experience preferred and SAP experience of invoice processing processes - Experience in Shared Services/ BPO would be an added advantage - Knowledge of Fertilizer and Pesticides business areas preferred - Candidates willing to relocate to Vizag may only apply. - Female candidates will be preferred .
