Team Manager - Credit - BFSI

We are looking to hire an experienced credit professional to oversee Liquiloans - Credit Underwriting function. As a

1. Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Credit team which evaluates the creditworthiness of potential customers, create procedures for approving/rejecting loans, negotiating with customer/sales

2. Hire, Train and Manage a team of underwriters

3. Create and manage processes relating to underwriting

4. Set-out the entire loan application process, which includes TVR (telephone verification), analysis of profile, documents and ratios, coordination with different teams, and preparation of summaries and reports of loan requests and submission of same to loan committees for approval

5. Prepare reports that explaining the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money and strategizing ways to mitigate the risks

6. Ensuring all loans and lending procedures comply with regulations.

7. Giving feedback to the policy team for improvements

8. Confer with credit association and other business representatives to exchange credit information
