Team Manager - Credit Analyst - Real Estate Finance - NBFC

We urgently require Team Manager (Credit Monitoring) - Real Estate Finance for an Leading NBFC.

Job Location : Bengaluru

Principal Accountabilities

1) Set up of process note and compliances to be followed for the sanction of the project finance.

2) Appraisal of the project and working out the eligibility and the viability for the proposed project finance on the basis of financial parameters of the said company.

3) Preparation and analysis of the cash flow and financial ratios.

4) Analysis of the past and projected financials of the company

5) Finalization of the term sheet for the said project finance.

6) Appraisal of the proposal before the committee of senior management and justifying the proposed finance on the basis of ROE, financial parameters of the company, project etc.

7) Compliance with the non banking financial norms and post disbursement norms.

8) Preparation of MIS reports.

9) Quarterly review of the project and the project finance.
