Responsibilities
1. This position will serve as a key member of the Customer Service Team.
2. Understanding operational requirements, researching best practices, assist with the design and implementation of new processes and tools.
3. Monitoring the effectiveness of a team of Process Associates.
4. Preparing MIS reports.
5. Interacting with Customers and managing their queries.
Requirements
1. Must have at-least 4 years of experience in International voice process
2. Must have TL\AM experience on papers for at least 2 years.
3. Must have experience in managing a team of minimum 15-20 agents.
