Guidelines: Candidates should preferably be from Insurance Broking firm.
It's a team handling the role, so look for people with allied experience in RM role. (2-3 People)
Should have Marine, fire or property claims experience, and knowledge of all lines of business.
Job Purpose :
- Responsible Mid office operations.
- Client Relationship management
- Booking of business transaction
- Policy issuance follow-up with Insurer
- RFQ preparation for all products
- Co-ordination with the client for policy related requirements and declaration
- Keeping a track of CD a/c of clients
- Maintenance of inward MIS & Renewal tracker
- People management
- Accountability and Outcomes/KPIs
- Accountabilities
- Outcomes & KPIs (working hours/ days)
- Customer Relation/ Business Development from existing clients
- Client Servicing
- Risk Management
- Customer Relation/ Business Development
- Ensure client relationship is maintained with best in class services.
- Renewal retention

- Ensure each customer query is attended to in specified time line as per agreement
