Team Manager - Bond Placement PF Advisory - Debt Capital Market - NBFC

We urgently require Team Member in Bond Placement (PF Advisory) in the DCM Team for a leading NBFC to be based at their corporate office at Mumbai.

Principal Accountabilities

Build & Maintain large PF relationships;

In-depth understanding of the local PF market;

Ensure revenue growth / increase market share;

Accountable for periodic quality reports;

Initiate various PF related advisory assignments;

Strong people management and negotiation;

Desired Candidate Profile

CA /MBA /PGDBM with experience in debt especially in PF distribution in the local market;

Must have proficiency in MS office and should have strong inter-personal, negotiation and persuasive skills.
