Job Profile:

A client facing role managing the 's relationship with its highest value clients where professionalism, client focus and an expert understanding of financial planning and wealth products are critical to the success of the business. As an integral member of the Wealth Management function, the role holder has a responsibility, both individually as well as with a team, to acquire, develop and retain relationships with a portfolio of Ultra HNI and HNI clients across West India comprising entrepreneurs, business families and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic direction to the team to maximize profit and achievement of growth of the client's portfolio and meet agreed financial targets by development of existing and new relationships.

- Complete regular reviews with clients to understand their current and long term needs and advise them on the differentiated products and services that help achieve their wealth goals.

- Maintain a minimum standard of qualifying premier clients within portfolio as stated by the organization and ensure effective use of tools and information by the team to drive client service delivery.

- Build a high personal and corporate profile in the community in which you are based by developing a network of professional contacts with the aim of introducing new business, enhancing technical knowledge and promoting the organization's brand.

- Monitor and act on daily sales activity management information and other internal information tools, using them to coach the team in support of business goals.

- Through disciplined portfolio management, develop strategies to increase wallet share of existing clients and actively manage a prospect pipeline for the team. Specific metrics include, but are not limited to Revenue, AUM, TRV, number of products sold to client, number of referrals, total balance of relationship portfolio.

- Maintain a deep understanding and technical knowledge of relevant products and services available from the organization's sources and elsewhere in order to provide the best solutions for clients and maximize revenues.

- Maintain highest standard of excellence in client service across the team and with individual portfolio by ongoing analysis of client portfolios through marketing of ideas and researching clients. Monitor client satisfaction data implementing portfolio level improvements.

- Work with the broader branch, support and direct teams to ensure achievement of business performance measures by delivering differentiated products and services to clients. Client experience and/or client satisfaction metric measured by client retention and increase in portfolio penetration with diversified product and service mix.

- Work as part of an integrated branch management team to ensure standards are met and operating models delivered. Ensure sales and operations are undertaken in accordance with the organization's guidelines. Adhere to selling process and sales quality requirements at all times.

- Proactively support others through direct and indirect actions beyond activities particular to this role by establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues within the organization's businesses and others as appropriate to service client needs.

- Manage operational risk, by using relevant measures to identify risk situations and take appropriate action to minimize loss.

- Comply with the applicable laws, regulations and organization's guidelines while undertaking various day to day operations.

- Understand the legal responsibility to be vigilant for unusual activity and reporting of unusual activities and support any investigation by providing additional information when required.

- Understand the consequences of failing to attend or successfully complete training as mandated; request additional training that you deem necessary or appropriate to perform your job.

- Understand the relatively high reputational risk that arises from any perceived weaknesses in controls in respect of substantial cash deposits or withdrawals activity, wire transfer, monetary instruments and pouch and mail.

Candidate Profile

- Post Graduate/MBA with a minimum of ten years' proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience or equivalent especially with high net worth clients.

- Entrepreneurial spirit, pro-active attitude, self-driven and detail oriented, possessing excellent business judgment skills, with strong networking and relationship management experience.

- An articulate goal driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes and coaches team members to meet high performance standards.

- Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system.

- Evidence of strong sales results in insurance and investment products with solid technical skills in wealth and portfolio management.

- Should possess valid licenses with accreditation on wealth management and qualifications as required.

- Should possess appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market AMFI & IRDA.

- Clear understanding on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment.
