US Tax (Team Leader)

Job description:

What will you do :

1. US Tax, US Tax filing, Corporate Tax, US Tax Team Lead

2. Form (1120 / 1120s) with the Income Tax Department.

3. Coordinate with lawyers and external consultants to obtain various licenses from RBI.

Qualification & Requirements :

1. Qualified CA / CPA (qualified/pursuing).

2. Experience in US Taxation is mandatory

3. Good Analytical and Number crunching skills

4. Good Communication skills - both verbal and written
