- Team handling experience is must

- Language - Tamil Speaking is mandatory

- Handling Team experience

- Providing comprehensive sourcing strategies, pre-screening and interviewing candidates and facilitating the staffing process.

- Specialist in handling high volume and niche requirements.

- Sourcing the profiles as per requirement using job portals, social networking sites, professional networks, employee referral, organization website and vendors.

- Organizing the Interview panels & reviewing the interview schedules.

- Experienced in handling Recruitment Drives/Walk-ins, Campus and Off Campus Interviews.

- Uploading the documents of the short-listed candidates in the HRMS tool.

- Interacting with vendors on a regular basis for sourcing the profiles and providing periodic feedback to improve their effectiveness.
