Team Leader - Spectrum Banking - Insurance

Job Description :

Role and Responsibilities :

- The Candidate will manage a team of 15 & sell End to End Life Insurance Policies over the phone for Max Life or HDFC Life.

- Should be a self-motivated leader, aggressive and should have handled a team of minimum 12-15 Tele callers for at least 2 years

- Should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in selling Non Participating Guaranteed Returns Life Insurance policies over the phone

- Should have sound knowledge of Dialer Logics and Effective Data Churning -( Previous Experience on Genesys Dialer is preferred)

- Base Location will be Airoli- hence residence in proximity to Airoli will be preferred.

- 6 days working profile
