Hiring for Team Leader-SME (Hunter) with one of the leading MNC Bank in Pune.

Grade: Band 7

CTC: Up to18 L (Depends on candidate’s exp. and CTC)

Job description

Managing and monitoring directly a team of Assistant Manager Origination-SME to achieve and exceed the assigned revenue, contribution and footings targets, for the SME segment.

Span of control: Will manage Pune and adjacent locations of Pune.

Product Range: International Trade Account, Domestic Trade Account, Trade & Forex, OD, LG, BG etc.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Acquisition

- Achieve the targets set for the team in terms of clients.

- Constantly develop and manage alternate channels for sourcing and referrals.

- Participate in Sales calls individually or with Assistant Manager Origination-SME to acquire large prospective customers.

People Management

- Manage, Motivate, Mentor and develop the team.

- Lead a team of AMO-SME (including recruiting, motivating and coaching employees to deliver goals)

- Successfully develop and retain talented individuals
