Job Description :
Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through consultative selling of our offering and products.
- Researches and understands prospects of clients in region and map expansion strategy and executes it through the sales team.
- Prospecting for new Premium customers through existing leads and cold calling and maximizing lead generation.
- Ensure timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & any self generated leads.
- Tracking and reporting sales performance of the team including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions.
- Set appointments, listen to customer needs and sell most appropriate premium product.
- Ensures all client contracts and compliance requirements are fully and accurately completed, and submitted properly.
Additional Information :
Must Have experience :-
- Start up attitude i.e. initiatives driven, self motivated, ready to work in dynamic environment
- 6 -8 years of corporate sales and leading teams
- Bachelor required, MBA plus.
Ideal Skill Sets :-

Required Qualification/Education :
- Bachelor (Any) + MBA (Amity, Punjab University, IME, IIT Kanpur, VIT)
- Prefer Candidates from companies which are into consumer durables/ telecom companies / IT Hardware for facilities.
- Prefer Candidates with Notice Period of Max 30 days.
Office Days : Monday to Friday
Office Timings : 10 am- 7 pm
