Roles & Responsibilities:
- The incumbent is responsible to ensure the team of HNI / NRIrelationship managers of multiple branches effectively manage their portfolios thereby ensuring value deepening through existing customers, cross-sell and portfolio growth by acquisition of new to bank customers.
- To ensure the team meets their goal sheet targets as assigned.
- To ensure that the HNI / NRI Team provide world class customer service to their portfolio customers and ensure all processes are followed as laid down within the bank s audit and compliance framework.
- Ensures the HNI / NRI RMs capture and maximize business opportunity through detailed client profiling as per organizational process Core.
- Should be able to rigorously monitor cross-sell on the portfolio as well as sales process compliance across HNI / NRI Team, performance across Goal sheet targets are met across all bank products, including New to Bank customer acquisitions, Liabilities, Investments, Insurance, Trade FOREX, and Assets.
- Complete requirements for Investments AMFI, IRDA for RMs along with HCM and Compliance. Regular review of team to ensure that they comply with processes and meet operational guidelines. Will be responsible to drive high contact-ability and service levels on the Non / Residential portfolio.
- Work with HCM to ensure recruitment of HNI / NRI RMs will be responsible for recruiting team, mentoring and training them. Should build capability across RMs for them to be able to independently manage and grow business .
