Team Leader - Recruitment - Executive Search Firm

- We are looking for a Team Lead -Recruitment to design and oversee Internal & External hiring.

- Liaise with clients for follow-ups, Feedbacks, new mandates and oversee all the engagements & communications

- Manages and leads a team of employees

- Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team

- Motivates team members and assesses performance

- Provides help to management, including hiring and training

- Keeps management updated on team performance.

- Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures

- Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)

- Ensures compliance with an established company and regulatory guidelines
