Team Leader - Recruitment for a leading Consulting Firm
Job Responsibilities:
Lateral hiring:
- Plan strategy on target hiring pool, and approach to successfully source from diverse pools
- Headhunter management, negotiation of terms, design incentive schemes as necessary
- Manage the lateral recruiting process across levels and drive decisions/ensure necessary alignments
- Lateral recruiting gatekeeper - on running a fair process, calibrating/validating contradictory inputs, ensuring alignment of offer guidelines
- Campus hiring & International campus recruiting
- Partner in strategy on target pool, target schools, profile mix
- Design best suitable approach to synchronize processes across campus
- Develop specific marketing and positioning messages for different campus pools
Summer Internship program:
- Execute overall summer internship program
- Manage sensitive issues that may arise and ensure suitable action
- Ensure the buddy and mentor program runs seamlessly and a positive intern have experience
MBA from top B school is a must (full time)
