1. Case Studies and Documentation:

The person should be able to document knowledge generated by synthesising best practices and field learning from the projects of the Foundation. These documents will serve as case studies for developing project proposals and incorporating in reference material for the organization adding value to the work of the Foundation

2. Developing Project Proposals and Networking

The person should be able to develop and write concept notes and project proposals. He/ She should be able to work independently and network with international funding agencies, social media and knowledge centres, which will not only contribute to knowledge generation but also result in collective action. Networking will be undertaken through linkagesestablished with other national and international organizations as well as with systematic follow-up with contacts made in committees and forums.

3. Developing Communication Tools and IEC Materials:

It is the objective of JBF, to develop models of best practices that maybe upscaled by the Government to bring positive changes in policy as well as create wider awareness among the citizens. The candidateshould be will develop a robust communication strategy and effective communication tools for better outreachto communities, elected representatives, international agencies and government as well create visibility of the work of the Foundation at local, national and international levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

- The candidate should be an MBA in social sciences from a reputed university. We are open to consider young professionals with a strong commitment to build a career through hard work and learning.

- Candidates must haveexcellent writing and communication skills in English with strong documentation and report writing abilities. High level of general awareness and knowledge of current affairs will be preferred.

- Candidates should be keenly interested in developing domain expertise in exciting and new areas of theorisation with a strong passion for social action and related issues and an interest in grass root projects.

- The person should be an independent worker and have the ability to provide a focused output to innovate and conceptualise new ideas.
